Accessibility statement

GSP Sp. z o.o. voluntarily applies WCAG 2.1 level AA to the Stempel app. Statement prepared on 3 November 2026, based on a self-assessment.

What we provide

• full keyboard operation and a visible focus indicator;
• a "Skip to content" link at the top of each page;
• a correct heading structure, labels on all form fields, and error messages read by screen readers;
• text contrast of at least 4.5:1;
• large buttons suited to touch;
• text can be enlarged to 200% without losing content; works in portrait and landscape;
• reduced motion for people who chose this in their system;
• the language of each page is declared, with four language versions: Polish, English, Ukrainian and French.

Known limitations

• The map in the manager panel is not fully accessible to screen readers. The same information (coordinates, distance, place name) is given as text next to the map.
• Photos added by users have no text alternative. The place description is given as text.

Reporting problems

If something in the app is not accessible to you, write to biuro@hmodular.com with the page and a description of the problem. We reply within 7 days and offer a solution, e.g. your manager entering your hours.
